What we collect When you book or get in touch, we ask for your name and phone number. You can also give us your email address. We write down the services you book.

How we use it We use your details to confirm your visit, remind you about it and answer your questions. We do not sell your details.

Who can see it Only our team can see your details. We share them with others only when the law says we must.

Appointment requests If you send us an appointment request through our website, we collect your name, phone number, the services you are interested in, your preferred date and time, and any email address or message you choose to add. We use this only to contact you about your request, by phone or WhatsApp. We keep requests for up to 12 months, then remove your personal details, unless the request became an appointment, in which case it is kept with your customer record. To limit spam, we briefly store a one-way scrambled form of your internet address, and delete it within 30 days. To ask us to remove your details sooner, call or message us.
